TEMTAGTM USB FLEXIBLE MULTI-TAP JTAG CONTROLLER FOR USB INTERFACE

TemTagTM USB is a high speed JTAG controller for interfacing your UUT and your
test environment directly on a standard USB interface of your PC. The TemTagTM
USB comes in two version providing either 1 or 4 ports allowing to :
? Connect to any JTAG chain, for example on FPGA devices or PCB boards
? Program any PLD or FPGA using DiaTem
? Test and verify your boards with DiaTem Studio


TemTagTM USB is compatible with a TCK clock frequency ranging up to 25 MHz
and deliver a high data throughput depending on the performance of your PC
and system environment.
The TemTagTM USB allows you to use 4 TAPs and to manage synchronized
transfers at the maximum frequency. Digital IO resources are available to
control FLASH programmation or for use into complex test sequences between
the different TAPs. The architecture of the TemTagTM USB is ready for hosting
additional peripherics through a dedicated interface like extra TAPs, specifi c
electrical interfaces, displays, etc?
